In order to process inquiries or respond to survey results, Spectrum Communications will transfer information received to the proper Spectrum Communications department or location. By completing an online inquiry form or survey, you are allowing us to forward your information to the proper Spectrum Communications department or location, as necessary to effectively deal with and request. Consumer inquiries may be forwarded by email, and consumers should recognize that this method of transmission may not be secure.

In some situations as permitted by the Canadian Personal Information and Protection Act (PIPED Act), Spectrum Communications is permitted to disclose your personal information without consent, such as when we are required or authorized by law to do so or where it is necessary to establish or collect amounts owing by you to us.

Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes only by Spectrum Communications’ technical support staff to provide better services to our customers.
